Acceptable Use Policy

  1. Acceptable Use

    Your use of the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of an agreement (the “Agreement”) between Comscore, Inc. or Hollywood Software, Inc. (“We”) and You or the entity providing You access to the Services. Unless otherwise specified in that Agreement:

    1. You retain all rights you have in data You enter into the Services (“Customer Data”) subject to a license to Hollywood Software to process that data;
    2. You may not, directly or indirectly, (i) copy, license, sell, redistribute, lease, rent, publish, or otherwise transfer or assign the software or services or any data (other than Customer Data) from the services; (ii) alter or permit a third party to access any part of the Services, except as explicitly permitted in the Agreement; (iii) use or permit the use of the Services in the operation of any service bureau or timeshare services or for any unlawful purpose; (iv) disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code or other trade secrets from the Services; (v) bypass or breach any security used by the Services; or (vi) knowingly input, upload, transmit or otherwise provide to or through the Services any malicious or harmful code or virus.
  2. Modification of Services and Policies
    1. We reserve the right at any time to revise and modify the Services and to alter its features, specifications, capabilities, and/or functions, without notice to User except as otherwise provided in the Agreement.
    2. We may update, amend or restate this Policy without Your consent and without prior notice to You.
  3. Termination of User Rights.

    We shall have the right to terminate Your access to the Services immediately if You breach any of Your obligations under this Policy, subject to the provisions of the Agreement.  

  4. Maintenance

    We may restrict access to the Services, at our sole discretion, to perform maintenance.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform Routine Maintenance tasks outside of normal business hours. We will, in most cases, attempt to post an advanced notice of system maintenance.
